10w-30 in genernal, is safe to use in cars from the 60's. Synthetic weren't avail. back then. I wouldn't recommend full synthetic for a stock 60's car, Unless rebuilt to exacting standards/fully restored. The reason being, clearances, seals on older cars didn't have tight clearances or very accurate. Any oil/fluid currently leaking will be exaggerated when full synthetics are used.
Most cars used SAE 10w40 with some using SAE 10w-30 any major brand.
20w50 should be right
5W30 is appropriate and recommended for all but the most severe service in North American GM cars, 1999 model year.

there is no universal best oil for a used car. The oil required for your car is specified in the owner's manual, or you can do a google query on the make and model.
Compressor oil ! ( light clear mineral oil)
I suggest Crosman Pellgun oil or RWS pellet gun oil.
A purolator L14620 is an oil filter. This model should fit most late model Honda cars. This type of oil filter usually sells for under ten dollars.
It depends on what kind of car we are talking about. Check the oil cap or owners manual for your cars recommendation.
it dosent take oil its one of the only cars that take KY jelly.
Oil doesn't run cars it lubricates engines. Cars run on gasoline which is refined from oil.
