A degree in Information Technology Management can land you a job in a few fields of work. Information Technology would be one field, Database Administrator, programming, possibly working for a software company writing or revising a tax program for the upcoming tax year.

There is also consulting work you can do for some of the big software companies. Enterprise Resource Planning (E.R.P.) programs such as Oracle, Sage, and Mas 500 to name a few. Would need someone with programming knowledge to help get the software installed and see that every module the company needs is in place as well as making sure modules the company do not need are not installed. Say I owned a landscape business and I had an E.R.P. to help manage my business. I would want to track finances and labor expenses but I wouldn't have any use for a module that kept track of inventory since my company is providing a service and not selling any products there would be no inventory to keep track of. Say later on down the road I start my own nursery then I would want to keep track of inventory.
