If your cousin is your first cousin, then his son is your first cousin, once removed. If your cousin is your second cousin, then his son is your second cousin, once removed. If your cousin is your first cousin, once removed, then his son is your first cousin, twice removed.

Your second cousin is your son's second cousin, once removed.
Your second cousin, once removed is either your sons second cousin twice removed or his third cousin.
The relationships become more complex as you proceed through the tree of possible cousin relationships.
