The hen may be egg bound. To check for this, very, very gently, squeeze her vent, to see if you can feel an egg in there. If you feel one, give her a little calcium (in liquid form via dropper or syringe). Give her a nice warm bath to make her relaxed for about half an hour. Then apply some KY or petroleum jelly on her vent. Hopefully she should pass it soon!
