Take the car back to the ser vicer and have them fix what they broke. It sounds like they fitted the wrong parts. The rotors then damaged the wheel speed sensors (that's the rubbing you hear) and caused the ABS system to indicate a failure. If you paid by credit card you may have leverage with the shop.
