That really depends on what state you're in and what your position is. I live in Washington state and I am a Photo Lab Sales Associate (Pay Grade 3), which makes $9.75 per hour before taxes. As of January 1, 2014, the Washington State minimum wage is $9.32 per hour. Even the cashiers are on Pay Grade 3, which is above minimum wage.
