If they are the thin foil impressions, you could probably get a dollar or two for them. If they actually have some mass to them, as in actual weight, say a half oz. or so, they will have the value of the gold itself. Most of them, unfortunately, are a single atom thickness of gold on aluminum with so little gold in them that they are essentially worthless.

Not much I'm afraid. You can purchase them from a dealer or on eBay for about $2 per cover or even less. They have almost no real gold, such a thin layer that it would take thousands of them to get a measurable amount.

Very limited, probably about $1 per cover and a bit of a kicker for the album. And stamp collectors are not really interested in them. Note that the value of the gold is very minimal, the amount used is just a few atoms thick plated on another substance. Check eBay for recent prices.
