Considering the face that i own a selmer metal mouthpeice, and people have told me it's worth alot of money, i'd say the instrument it'self it gotta be worth a crap load as long as it's in ok condition.

I have a wood selmer signet oboe. Serial #022227. Intermediate level. What's it worth. Plays fine.
between £50 _ £200 pounds it varies in the quality of the saxophone
Can't help you on the value--I would look for a clarinet blog or web site and ask there. The Selmer serial number chart indicates that would have been made in 1942.
What is the value of a 1926 Gretsch Tenor banjo?
I am trying to find out the same thing for mine. S/N: 25594 I know that Bundy wasn't purchased by Selmer until 1961 according to Selmer Elkhart, IN. Selmer doesn't have any records of their old serial numbers. Adams website doesn't help as it puts the S/N back in 1916 as this is way to old to be correct.

it's a 1937 Balanced Action, which means that it should be a fair amount considering it's vintage. And considering that there are no shopping entries on Google Product Search, your instrument must be sought after. Keep it in good condition. It's probably worth $3000+ in today's market

This is dependent on MANY variables. This includes the model of the saxophone, the condition, the production year, ect. It cannot be determined with so few details. If you are looking for a student saxophone $200 is usually a safe price of for a working student alto saxophone.
