That's a question that has been asked for many years. The answer varies from person to person. What I consider to be the truth may not be the same thing to you. Truth also has varying degrees. There's I think that's true, that's probably true, I wish that were true and absolute truth. The sun came up this morning is an absolute truth. It will come up in the morning is an example of I think that's true. Look inside yourself to what you believe. I hope you find the truth. Beware, the truth is quite often upsetting and not pretty. I'm sure you've heard of the ugly truth.
