No. Not even close. The toughest and best Special Forces are British SAS, American Delta Force,Green Beret and Marines' Force Recon

Marines are part of the military, many will argue that the Marines are the best/highest trained military branch in the US military (now im not saying that there arnt special forces for other branchs that arn't better then Marines, all im saying is for basic training i'd have to say that the Marines are the best)

The U.S. Army have the U.S. Army Rangers and U.S. Army Special Forces more commonly know as the Green Berets and the U.S. Marine Corps have Recon Marines (split into Divison Recon and Force Recon), who are special forces-capable, and MARSOC, which is their contribution to SOCOM (Special Operations Command)and are up their with Navy SEALs, U.S. Army Special Forces, and Air Force Pararescue.

Considering that the marines are always the first to respond, they may be considered better in recon then the navy in general. However, the navy SEAL's may be considered better than the marines in genreal since the SEAL's are special ops.
