Normally the second switch in a bathroom is the control for the bathroom's exhaust fan. The exhaust fan removes bad odors and humidity from the bathroom, and is on the ceiling of the bathroom.
Hi, The first step I would recommend would be to get a quote. Have a look at http://www.elyfe.com/remodeling.html where you can get some free quotes from contractors in your area.
A lever in a bathroom can flush your toilet or open a faucet.
Bathroom fixtures are the tub, sink, toilet, bidet and faucets.
one lever in a bathroom is a toilet lever hope that helps:)
In my case it was the ignition switch itself had overheated and seized up. Replace the switch (have to lower the column, disconnect the wiring plug from the switch, and remove/replace the switch.) Clean all connections to the switch, make sure they're connected solidly and not heating up again.
That's one I've never seen. Does the bathroom light turn ON when the bedroom light is switched Off? Does the bathroom light switch turn the bathroom light on and off normally when the bedroom light switch is left on? Need to answer these questions, then find where the bathroom light power comes from. It's power supply should either go directly from the power oanel to the bathroom light or to the bathroom light switch. The bathroom light switch merely acts as an interrupter for the hot leg of this power supply.
If you have any condition in your bathroom where a switch is malfunctioning you need to replace the switch or the device that is causing the problem. This is very dangerous in a bathroom because of the increased danger of shock because of moisture.
can i have an electric rocker switch in the bathroom
u don't, just replace the switch with a new one.
in the bathroom
It sounds like the feed for the kitchen is fed through the bathroom switch box. The black feeding the kitchen light is connected to the wrong side of the switch. There should be two black on one side of the switch and one on the other. One of the two blacks need to be moved to the other side of the switch. **BE VERY CAREFUL or CALL A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN** Even with the switch OFF the live side of the switch will be LIVE!!
A second bathroom, always. Buyers look for more space, more luxury, something better than the average.
King George the Second died of a heart attack while in the bathroom.
whydont you get a real life loser
I have never seen a bathroom light switch with a cord hanging from it and I've seen a lot of bathrooms. But if i had to guess. I'd probably say to turn them off. Electricity is conducted very easily through water. So if you let water run from your wet hands into a light switch in a bathroom there is a chance you could get a shock, even get killed. So some bathrooms have the switch on the roof with a long string to turn it on and off. So there is no chance of water getting to the switch.
you go to the bathroom and flip the switch on the right
Ours is outside by the compressor, there is a fuse box with a plug like you have in the bathroom with a reset switch
