So if your here Grandma your sister i dont think would be anything maybe a Great Aunty because your Sister is your Daughters Aunty. I think, sorry if im wrong. I hope i have been helpful.
The Daughter's child is either male or female therefor the answer must be Grand nephew or Grand niece
