The simplest equation of state for gasses is called the ideal gas law. Although it's not perfect, it's still pretty good.

The ideal gas law is stated as PV = nRT, where P is the pressure, V is the volume (of the container), n is the number of moles of gas in the container, R is a proportionality constant, equal to 0.083145 Pa*L*mol^-1*K^-1 and T is temperature, measured in Kelvin.

At sea level, the ambient pressure is roughly 1 atm, which can also be expressed in different units as 760 torr, 101325 Pascals, or 1.01325 bars.

How Does Boyle and law describe the relationship between pressure and volume?

"When the pressure of a gas at constant temperature is increased, the volume of the gas decreases. When the pressure is decreased, the volume increases." More precisely, pressure is inversely proportional to volume.
