It's hard to say without knowing the year/mileage of the engine, and any modifications. Using prior knowledge the redline should be between 4500 to 5500, Though I've revved a 1992 2 bolt 350 to over 6000rpm and had no trouble I wouldn't recommend it.
My 1989chevy 2 bolt main I've revved to 7400 rpms before shifting wouldn't recommend anything over 6000 rpms though the engine didn't last to long.
