I'm assuming that you want to know the Newton's Third Law force partner to a gravitational force on an object. In that case, the answer is... gravity! The Earth pulls on you (magnitude mg, direction down), and you pull on it (magnitude mg, direction up).

Normal force is opposite to gravity, something that could resist the force of gravity.

A bit more detail:

Assuming that you are referring to the Newton's third law of motion by mentioning "the reaction force", then the reaction force to gravity, on Earth or otherwise, is gravity itself. The reason for that is anything with a mass warps the space-time around it and causes a gravitational field. That brings us to the conclusion that in the same way that Earth, or any body in fact, causes a force of gravity on you, you do the same (force type and magnitude wise) , just in the opposite direction!

The reaction is that the person also pulls the Earth up. Of course, the Earth being much more massive, this pull will hardly affect the Earth.

The attraction or pull of a persons body toward the Earth by the earth is called weight The reaction to this force is the?

Both forces can be called "weight".The gravitational force that attracts a person's body toward earth is calledthe person's weight on the earth. The gravitational force that attracts the earth toward a person's body could becalled the earth's weight on the person's body. The forces are both there, and they're equal.

Describe the action and reaction force pairs involved when an object falls toward Earth Ignore the effects of air resistance?

The actions and reactions that involved when a object falls toward earth is that it creates an impact on it plus creates an crater. The reaction is that it might cause a natural disaster that can destroy millions of homes.

What is a force that pulls on an object toward the earth?

The force that pulls an object toward earth also pulls the earth toward the object. The two forces are equal. Together, we refer to them as the force of gravity.

What force pulls items toward the earth?

The force that pulls an object toward earth also pulls the earth toward the object. The two forces are equal. Together, we refer to them as the force of gravity.

What is the moon's gravitational pull relative to the earth's gravitational pull the moon?

The force of gravitation attracting the earth and moon toward each other is exactly the same force on both bodies.Just as the force of gravitation that attracts you toward the earth is exactly the same as the force that attractsthe earth toward you.

Measure of the force of gravity on something?

The force of gravity that attracts an object on Earth toward the Earth is the object's weight on Earth. The force of gravity that attracts the Earth toward an object on it is the Earth's weight on the object. Both forces are always there, and they're equal.

What is a measure of the force of gravity on you?

The Earth and you are attracted to the centers of each other by a pair of equal gravitational forces. The size of the force attracting you toward the center of the Earth is your "weight" on Earth. The size of the force attracting the Earth toward the center of you is the Earth's "weight" on you. They are equal.
