There is no cure for gout. medieval or modern for that mater.

however here are a few old remedies that were used to relieve the symptoms og gout.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a popular old remedy, and is also reputed to cures more

ailments than any other folk remedy. Mix 2 tbsp of organic apple cider

vinegar with 2 tablespoons of organic honey (2 times daily).

it is said this will reduce the pain from gout within a couple of hours.

Taking a ½ teaspoon of baking soda with meals will prevent gout attacks.

reduces serum uric acid by Taking Alfalfa every day.

About 150 ml of the juice of French or string beans is said to be effective in the treatment of gout. Raw potato juice and fresh pineapple juices are also said to be helpful.

First limit your use of alcohol this is important it promotes the forming of uric acid. Avoid foods containing high fructose corn syrup and do regular exercise this will limit the formation of the uric acid that causes gout and try to eat some tart cherries. These steps will help to relieve symptoms.
