In a sense this is unanswerable. President of a company is typically one of the higher paying jobs, but you don't technically have to go to college at all for that, you just have to be selective in your choice of ancestors (i.e. try to pick a father who owns a big company).
A Bachelor's degree typically requires four years of college. That's probably the minimum requirement for most "high-paying jobs" that don't somehow involve nepotism or a great deal of luck.
