There are several Jedi Codes as the term simply refers to a set of teachings such as The Crystal Code and so on. The most common lesson referred to by the term Jedi Code is the Jedi Mantra, or Way of the Jedi.

There are even different versions of the mantra depending on what part of Jedi history you are exploring.

The earliest known form of the mantra is:

Emotion, yet peace.

Ignorance, yet knowledge.

Passion, yet serenity.

Chaos, yet harmony.

Death, yet the force.

The mantra predates most established Jedi history but is said to be the basis for it's formation.

The refined version was established by Odan-Urr and transcribed by Homonix Rectonia during the Early Manderon Period, this version carried on for thousands of years up through the time period of the Old Republic:

There is no emotion, there is peace.

There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.

There is no passion, there is serenity.

There is no chaos, there is harmony.

There is no death, there is the force.

The fourth line "There is no chaos, there is harmony", is removed from some Jedi texts and teachings. (For example the book quoted during the funeral of Mara Jade Skywalker omits the 4th line). By the time of the clone wars, this version of the Jedi code is considered mostly ceremonial.

An alternate version of the Jedi Code was later established sometime before the clone wars and is more commonly found in texts from that period right before the fall of the Jedi to the clones and is what is taught in Jedi schools of that time:

Jedi are the guardians of peace in the galaxy.

Jedi use their powers to defend and protect, never to attack others.

Jedi respect all life, in any form.

Jedi serve others, rather than rule over them, for the good of the galaxy.

Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training.

Grand Master Luke Skywalker would later revise this code when he establishes the new Jedi Order, Skywalkers version is:

Jedi are the guardians of peace in the galaxy.

Jedi use their powers to defend and to protect.

Jedi respect all life, in any form.

Jedi serve others rather than ruling over them, for the good of the galaxy.

Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training.

Luke continues to use the Old republic version (minus the 4th line) in ceremonial proceedings (such as his wife's funeral) but uses the revised code as the basis for teaching students.

In counterpoint the Sith code is also based loosely on the ideas from the Jedi's original mantra; it's most widely known form was also revised around the same time the as the early Jedi's and remains through the time of the Old Republic:

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.

Through passion I gain strength.

Through strength I gain power.

Through power I gain victory.

Through victory my chains are broken.

The force shall free me.

There are no known further revisions to the Sith Code and the mantra is not spoken of during the clone wars era (or after).

An example of one of the other Jedi Codes is The Crystal Code:

The crystal is the heart of the blade.

The heart is the crystal of the Jedi.

The Jedi is the crystal of the Force.

The Force is the blade of the heart.

All are intertwined.

The crystal, the blade, the Jedi.

We are one.

The crystal code was originally chanted by the teacher while watching a student make their first lightsaber. Later when it became tradition for a student to assemble the blade in private it became more common for the student to recite it themselves during creation.

Many other codes are believed to exist as well as other versions of the primary mantra but they are only referenced by name without being quoted in full. As the Jedi order has fallen, reformed or simply been revised many times over many thousands of years it is unknown just how many could potentially exist, just as the rules and laws they follow have also evolved over many millenia.

Where is the spice in Star Wars knights of the old republic 1?

The spice is in the cargo hold of the Ebon Hawk. If you walk past the crates, in the middle on a column should be a "secret compartment" labeled just like that. Click it, and if Lurze Kesh (is that his name?) gave you the code, you can open it. The code is Red-47 but it doesnt matter. You need to actually gain the code.
