Sense and Sensibility was Austen's first novel to be published, in 1811, but it was not the first she wrote, nor was it the first she sold to a publisher. Lady Susan was written before Sense and Sensibility, but was not published until many years after Austen died, as it was not as mature in style as her later works. Northanger Abbey was the first novel she sold, though its buyer never published it, and it was only published after Austen died.

Jane Austens works are difficult to date because she rewrote things often and was not particular about recording the dates of her writing.

We know she wrote a number of books as a teenager, perhaps starting at the age of eleven, but we do not really know the order in which they were produced. Also, some of these early books were really very short, and might best be called manuscripts rather than books. For example her History of England was less than forty pages long. These were published a while after she died, but for historical reasons rather than as literature. They constitute what is referred to as her Juvenilia. One of them, perhaps her first novel was Lady Susan, which she wrote in about 1793 to 1795. It was a short novel made up of a collection of letters, a popular form at the time.

Her first full length novel was Elinor and Marianne, but no copy of it exists. It was later revised and became Sense and Sensibility, her first published novel.

The first of her published novels to be completed, however, was Northanger Abbey. It was not published, however, until shortly after she died.

I hope the answer to your question is in here somewhere.

Two of Jane Austen's novels were first published in 1818, after she died. These were Northanger Abbey and Persuasion.

It is possible that one or more of her novels that were published during her lifetime had an edition appear the same year.

If I had to pick a novel and call it her first, I might pick either Sense and Sensibility or Northanger Abbey. But what her first novel was depends on what you mean.

Jane Austen wrote some novels when she was quite young. These were not published until long after she died, when they appeared as her history became interesting to people. The earliest of these may have been Lady Susan, which is described as a short epistolary novel. You might pick it as her first.

Her first full length novel was Elinor and Marianne.

Then she wrote a novel called Susan, and this was the first novel she sold, but it was not published until after she died, when it appeared as Northanger Abbey.

Her first novel to be published was Sense and Sensibility, which was a rework of Elinor and Marianne.

Of course, it could be that none of these was really the first novel she wrote, as much of what she wrote was destroyed, and there may have been an unpublished novel among her papers that was lost.
