The Earth's orbit is almost circular. Earth travels about one degree around that orbit in one day. Here are the details:

There are 360° in a circle.

There are several slightly different definitions of the Earth's year.

There are 365.242199 days in a "tropical year" (just think 365.24).

To calculate how far the Earth travels around the Sun in one day, divide 360 by 365.24.

The answer is 0.9856°, on average. As the orbit is not a perfect circle this can change to a bit over or a bit less.

Notes: This answer has caused some discussion, but the arithmetic is OK now.

Actually, the answer originally mentioned the Earth's "sidereal year" . That's more logical.

Unfortunately the number used was for the "tropical year".

So, to make things easy, I've left the numbers the same, just changing "sidereal" to "tropical".

(The notes were meant to be a "minor edit". I forgot to use that box.

Any movement must be specified in relationship to something. There is no such thing as an absolute movement. Do you mean, around our galaxy (the Milky Way)? Or with relationship to a specific star in the neighborhood; or perhaps the average of a lots of neighboring stars? How fast our galaxy moves with respect to the Local Group? The speed of our Local Group with relationship to our local supercluster? - You would get different results in every case.

Our solar system moves at about 220 km/s in it's revolution around the galactic centrum so in a day we journey almost 20 million kilometers through space around the black hole that is at the center of the Milky Way. I have no ides how we are moving with respect to another galaxy (such as Andromeda)

The Earth moves through its orbital path at approximately 67,000 miles per hour, and there are 24 hours in a day. The math should be simple.

The Earth is about 93,000,000 miles out from the sun. It's orbital length is pi X 2 X 93,000,000 or about 584,324,394 miles, which the Earth covers in a year. Earth orbital length by 365.25, and you get: 1,599,793 miles per day, and divide that by 24 and you get about 66,648 miles per hour.

The Solar System - and thus us - travels around the galactic centre at approximately 230 kilometers a second, or 828,000kph (515,000 mph).

So in one year "we" have travelled 4,514,393,576.55 miles or 4.5 trillion miles (7.25 trillion km)

This is just "us" around the galactic centre. It does not account for our Galaxies distance, nor the rotation of the Earth, nor the revolution around the Sun.

At an average orbital speed of 107,200 km per hour, the earth would travel the distance of 107,200 x 24 x 365.25 in one year. This is equal to around 940 million km. You could also work it out by using the radius of 150 million km (earth to sun average distance) squaring this and multiplying by Pi to give an approximate circumference which would be the orbit length.

Movement must always specified in relation to something. It is not clear, in the question, in relation to what you want to specify this movement. The movement around the center of the Milky Way is about 230 km/second, or 828,000 km/hour. However, there are other types of movement, too - it all depends on the chosen reference point.
