The helicase in a way unzipps the wound DNA. DNA Polymerase then matches the nucleotide bases with free floating one so that A matches with T (or in RNA U) and G matches with C. Creating two new strands of DNA and completing DNA replication.

hey so there is most definitely a difference

helicase is an enzyme that unwinds DNA into two templates so replication can then occur while DNA polymerase three (iii) adds the nucleotides...

andother DNA polymerase two (ii) replaces the rna primer with a DNA one ..

cooL?

How is muriatic acid used to clean bath tub drains?

Do not use acid on any drains in the house. They can eat holes in the pipes and cause severe discoloration on chrome fittings that are visible. If you were to use a drain cleaner use an enzme based product that is safe on pipes.

What effect does lemon juice have on catalase enzymes?

Lemon juice does not have much effect on a catalyse enzme. If you were to measure it on a scale of 0 to 3 then it is more than likely going to be a zero or 1/2.

What pancreatic enzyme digests fats?

Pancreatic ;ipase helps in the digestion of fats to fatty acids and glycerol. Fats are emulsified by the bile produced by the liver producing fat globules. The fat globules are further digested by lipase to form fatty acids and glycerol. Fats are digested at the small intestine.

What condition is best for enzyme activity?

enzymes work best at body temperature, that is if the enzmes are human.

How does ATP synthase obtain the energy to produce ATP?

It doesn't get energy. It uses the energy stored in concentration gradientsof H+ ions(protons)across membranes.

Blood and Protein in Urine 27 weeks pregnant?

The Story is: Im 27 weeks pregnant and have had +4 blood in my urine since week 6. At week 23 i had +1 protein. The blood has now gone but i still have +1 protein. I have had kidney function tests, liver enzme tests and all have come back normal. My blood pressure has been high at times too, mainly when at hospital, it always seems to be more or less normal at GP surgery, my highest reading was 174/86 today it was 125/58. The protein has remained +1 never any higher, i go hospital 3 times a week for checks, and they so far dont seem concerned, Anyone else been in this situation?
