All animals at different, so it has to be a specific animal. Generally a human has a different skull. If the animal is an invertebrate, the human skeleton would have a spine whereas the invertebrate would not.

Because the frog is a lot smaller than a human. they may have the same number of bones, but they do not have the same minds.

A shark hasn't got bone in the way a human has, it has mostly cartilage instead. Being supported by water, it doesn't need more.
