They're pretty similar except the operating systems are in a bit different format. Although they're very similar as Bill Gates did make Windows after the "Icon Desktop" idea from Mac. The only visible differences are the different internet Browsers, and Windows has Microsoft Office.
Although a Mac is a PC, it just stands for Personal Computer. A Mac is a personal computer.

∙ 10y agoBoth of the computers are pretty similar. If you like to do a lot of writing and graphing, Mac is the best computer for you. Mac runs off of a different operating system. Mac has the Internet Browser "Safari" while PC's have the web browser Internet Explorer. PC stands for Personal Computer. If you just browse the Internet, type things, do business work, and play games, PC is best for you. A Mac is also more expensive.
