There isn't one! The Anglican Church is the manifestation or showing forth of a Catholic Communion within the Body of Christ! A part of the whole!

Or should I have asked which of the two separate and distinctive One True Catholic Church were you referring to?

Roman Catholic AnswerAlthough classically the Anglican faith looks a lot like Catholicism, there is a vast difference. Catholicism is the church founded by Our Blessed Savior when He sent the Holy Spirit on the Apostles at Pentecost and prayed that they would be one. The Anglican church, as it was up until 30-40 years ago was founded by Elizabeth I as a compromise with the Protestants and the Catholics in her realm. The difference is one of authority, with the Catholic Church cleaving to the authority of Christ as manifested through Scripture and the Sacred Tradition, and interpreted by His Vicar on earth. The final authority in the Anglican Church rests between their bishops and the King or Queen of England.

It is a scandal that there is a difference!

Historically the Church in England was the Body of Christ that had been in this country since just after the Cruxifiction of Our Blessed Lord!

The term Anglican was first used in 750 Ad. to identify that Church and after that it was used throughout the middle ages in the same manner! The belief held by the Church in England was that of the revelation of ,'Our Lord once made to the saints,' collected in to scripture and interpreted by the Holy fathers of the First thousand years! Holding to this claim is what made the C.of E, special. It was a Communion within the Body of Christ and a member of the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church here in Earth.

When therefore in the latter years of the 20th, Century the C.of E, began to abandon various tenets regarding the Apostolic faith and Apostolic order, * Anglican catholics began to look askance at the proceedings and to question just where did this laxity fit in with the C.of E, claims to catholicity? Inspite of complaints from various Catholic Societies and groups, the loss of the faith went on and it was felt that the Spirit of the Age, i.e. Liberalism and Modernism was being promoted and the traditional teachings were being sacrificed to the Zeigeist! The Holy Ghost it felt was being abandoned!

It was then that various groups began to look around for alternative episcopal oversight, all over the Communion signs were beginning to show of decay around the edges and people began to leave following the teaching of the Councils that to be a Catholic one must hold the Catholic Faith!

Can an Anglican Catholic priest say Mass at a Roman Catholic Church?

The Anglican Church is not called the Anglican Catholic Church, and the Catholic Church is not formally known as the Roman Catholic Church even though the Vatican is indeed located in Rome. Your question therefore would more accurately read, can an Anglican priest say Mass at a Catholic Church. The answer is, the Catholic religion does not allow Anglican priests to officiate at their rituals. The Anglican Church, despite being extremely similar to the Catholic Church in most respects, is nonetheless regarded by Catholicism as a heretical schism.

What is the difference between Anglican Church and Anglican Catholic church?

Not much difference at all. Eucharist comes from the greek word meening "thanksgiving". It is based on the events that happened at the last supper. All christian groups perform this service except salvatioists and quakers.AnswerThere is a great deal of difference. The Anglican Church worldwide is a group of churches that all uphold the ethos of the Anglican Church and which are in communion with other Anglican Churches. In this group are the Church of England, many African Churches and the Episcopalians in the USA.The Anglican church is a very diverse group of churches ranging from evangelical charismatic worship that is reminiscent of Pentecostal churches at one end of the spectrum, through to more formal, liturgical worship at the other. The Anglican Catholic Church (or 'Anglo-Catholic Church) is that small branch of the Anglican Church that celebrates its roots in Catholicism and whose worship reflects those roots. Unlike the evangelical wing of the Anglican Church, the Anglo-Catholic group places more emphasis on sacramental worship and its style of worship is much more like the Roman Church with the use of ornate riitual and liturgy, including, as an example, the use of incense. In fact, the Anglo-Catholic wing is often almost indistinguishable from the Roman Catholic Church except that it refuses to accept the authority of the pope. This diversity is one of the great strengths of the Anglican Church in that the same denomination can hold a range of traditions in union and love.

Is Anglican Christianity or Catholic?

No WAY!!! The Anglican church is probably one of the closER Protestant "branch religions" to the Catholic Church, but it is still a Protestant religion. The Anglican church is missing some of the MOST key factors that "make" the Catholic Church Catholic. So "no, they are most definitely NOT the same."
