The writer expresses how he's wandering alone and then suddenly sees a group of daffodils and how they are blowing so beautifully in the wind, and the sight of that makes him happy. "A poet could not but be gay". "And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils".

The main idea of the Poem is That Nature is soul cleanser and spritual and if human being starts getting excitement from the small beautiful things of nature like daffodils dance then they can spend a better and more satisified life It can be the source of happiness in soltude
