If you are too heavy to exercise, simply begin by making dietary changes. Then, when you have lost enough weight to exercise comfortable, introduce mild cardio exercise such as walking for weight loss. You need to have a combination of adjustment to your diet as well as increased activity. Your diet is by far the most important factor. It's extremely difficult to out exercise a poor diet.
