There is no way, especially for a child. If you are really trying to lose 10 pounds you need to really start eating healthy and excercizing more. Doing this may not help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks but it will help you lose the weight period, and healthily. You might also gain more muscle doing this.

Well i am trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks before going back to school.

you have to eat heathly, most problem that te4een agers have is sitting down in front if the TV, internet and/or doing nothing and snaking on food. you can lose weight if you be active and stop snaking.

for breakfast eat eggs fruits yougart and some milk.

for lunch eat vegtables meat/fish/chicken and at the end eat some fruit.

for dinner eat soup vegtables and pasta.

Don't eat later than 8 pm

Do lots running and exericse at home or anywhere, theres no need to go to the gym.

thats all that i know of well good luck.

Not possible to do safely. 1-2 lbs a week is a realistic goal. 10 lbs a week is NOT.
