First, think of 3 things you can cut down on that are high in calories and you know you shouldn't be eating anyway. Second, start exercising. There are no magic pills that will keep the weight off. Zantrex works (you can get it at the local GNC), but not long term. You really need to do it the old fashioned way in order to keep the weight off and be healthy at the same time. For exercise, I recommend speed walking, Tae-bo, aerobics and other things that get you moving and stretching. You don't have to break a sweat to lose weight. Just stay active all the time, join sports, limit computer and TV....you will get there. stick to the pyramid and put down those fries and exercise
