wash your clothes, like dont wear any shirts, scarfs, tank-tops, or bra's for more than one day without washing them, b/c the oils from your back stay on your shirt so if u wear it again without washing you are just spreading more oils/bacteria on your back and making acne worse. also take showers everyday and wash your back really good and then moisturize with a non oily lotion. hope i helped :)
