I'm not sure of the average weight.. I think it varies depending on which country you live in but it's worth noting that not all weight is equal.. muscle tends to look better and be healthier, and it weighs heavier than fat. You can find height to weight charts all over the internet but there are other factors which you can take into account.. waist to hip ratio and body mass index, but also body fat percentage if you have the calipers to check that measurement. Women are by design meant to store some fat for childbearing purposes, so eating healthily and taking regular exercise are much more important. Just to add, I'm a 36 year old, 5' 3½" woman and I weigh 125lbs. All women are different, some are naturally slender while others can have a big bones etc. It might also be worth noting that as we age, our waist size has a tendency to expand which can be unhealthy so now is the time to take corrective action.
