For a Healthy Man it could range from between 10 stone and 14 or even 15 stone.

This is all depending on the amount of muscle you have built up and age.

But on average for say a 20 or 22 year old man 12 and a half stone would be the right weight given that they most likely have a well defined set of muscles, which add a lot of weight which is not accounted for in the average B.M.I check.

This is why asking a health processional is crucial as everybody has a different ideal weight even among the same Race of people!

you should weigh anywhere from 178lbs to 208lbs. but according to a bmi you should wiegh about 165 to 190lbs. just keep in mind that mussle does weigh more then fat. so if you work out and have like a six-pack or something then even 215lbs is fine.
