i don't really know why we are fighting Afghanistan but at least i told you about the talibans.

The Taliban, or certain factions within it, has issues with the USA, not America, there is a huge difference.
Generally, the Taliban has issues with the western, or non-Muslim peoples of the world. Much the same as fundamentalist so called Christians have problems with non-Christians.
People differ.
It is 'unfortunate' that so much devastation is caused because one group of people do not agree with the views of a different group of people.
Should a god or gods exist, surely that was not his or her intent.

∙ 8y agoPlease do yourself a favour and read up on the history of Taliban. The Taliban are essentially an extremist Muslim terrorist group. Even the majority of Muslims do not approve of them.

The Taliban only invaded because Al Qaeda was based in Afghanistan. In fact, the Taliban never wanted war with the U.S., but Al Qaeda did, so they provoked us into invading with 9/11. So when we invaded, the Taliban had no choice but to fight us. In order to get the upper hand, we allied with the Northern Alliance (they're the current govt. in Afghanistan. Then the Taliban made themselves disappear for a few years (don't ask me how) and now they fight so they can gain control of Afghanistan.
