1994 is 55 gals
I have a 48 Gallon tank behind the axle on my 1987 cutaway/ Moterhome. It measures 34x24x13 . This is on a E-350.

my 1996 Ford E-350 cutway has the reset switch located behind the kick panel ahead of the passenger side door.
the term cutaway is/was used to denote a vehicle that is partially completed at the factory and then sent to another place to have an ambulance box put on, delivery box, etc. On the vans, they called them "cutaways" because they were literally cut away just after the front driver seats and then a box of some sort mounted on the frame and mated to the front part of the van. I own a decomissioned ambulance that is considered a e350 cutaway chasis.
There is no "standard" rear axle as most cutaway E-350s were used for ambulances, service trucks.... Look on the drivers door jamb for the axle code, then do a search for it (ford axle e3). My E-350 cutaway has an E3 axle with a 4.30 ratio.
if all the sudden could be an old Inertia Switch. This is a fuel cut off switch. Broke down wiring to or from it or something triggered it off. Think there is also a low oil pressure fuel shut of switch. You might have low oil pressure or a bad switch.

The differences between a 1992 E350 and a 1995 E350 transmission are in its mounting, gear ratio, and wiring. Both function in similar ways however they are not directly compatible with each other.
