I just took my 2004 T&C to dealer: $1200 plus tax. You can get it done for that. I had a 2001 (same style) and bought the part from Autozone for $200 and my regular mechanic put it in for $300. I have a 2005 now with 60,000 miles on it and have had no problems with that part...yet.
