A black widow spider venom acts on Ach which is a neurotransmitter and stops the normal cascade which then causes the muscles to not get the signal to move, causing paralysis and potential death
Spider venoms all contain toxins. Some toxins attack cells at the bite site, and some attack nerve cells throughout the target organism.

All spiders are poisonous; some venoms just have no or little discernible effect on humans. Color is not necessarily an indication of toxicity. Some spiders are red to blend in with their surroundings, some are red as a warning, and really are venomous, and some a red to mimic the truly venomous ones. In any case, color alone is not enough to determine how poisonous a spider is.
Carnage is Venom's son. Venom asexualy reproduced carnage
Actually, the Banana spider is near-harmless. You must have it confused with the Brazilian Wandering Spider, which is also referred to as the Banana Spider but is not black and yellow. The Wanderer has the deadliest of all spider venoms, capable of paralyzing victims of it's bite. It is quite fond of Bananas for some reason, hence the nickname Banana Spider. The Banana Spider, better known as the Golden Silk Orb-Weaver, is the black and yellow spider I believe you were referring to. It holds a neurotoxin very similar to that of the black widow, however it is not nearly as potent. While the Black Widow's bite can be lethal to humans, the Golden Silk's bite would simply cause redness and irritation and would disappear within 24 hours.
he can be healed faster.

Well Venoms real name is Edward Brock. The symbiote came to earth and took over the costume of Spider-man, but Spider-man fought it and it was transfered to Edward, a photo taker for the Daily Bugle. His alter ego is Cletus Casity or Carnage. His origin is a space mutant called a Symbiote. He has the ability to shoot black strong webs, very strong, more then Spider-man even.

Yes they do......
A spider bite will remain in one area on the body, for instance the right leg. However, the size of the bite can expand dramatically depending upon the species of spider that made the bite. Some spiders have toxins or venoms in their bite that can become systemic - this would be a medical emergency that needs to be addressed immediately.
