You soak in water at night,in morning you chew the seeds(very bitter).It is used

they are not seeds actually they are flowers, if you can't chew them so soak them into a glass of water at night & squeeze them in the water and drink the water. you sugar level will be down in just 1 month. you can check your sugar level after 10 days, 20 days & 30 days. you will feel the difference.
