The metric system is the opposite of the US Imperial system.
I am in Australia, and I use the metric system.
I think that Metric is easier because it is more equal and are rounded numbers.
For example, to measure a plank of wood in the Imperial system, you would say "15 inches" or "one a bit foot" Where as we would say it is "point something of one meter" or "38 centimeters".
Other examples include that 100oC is the boiling temperature for water..a nice round number..where as 212oF in Imperial...also its 0 degree Celcius for freezing, and 32 in farenhieght.
I guess it is easy to use because it is more simple, rounded numbers.
Scientists use the metric system because of its high accuracy and easy calculations.
Scientist usually use the metric system in their work because it is easy to use, because it is based on multiples of 10
Coz it uses the decimal system of measurement
The fact that it is a sensible system that is easy to use.
dont worry its easy as abc its easy as 123 easy as abc do re me
Yes same metric system should be used by all countries. It becomes easy for everyone .
