A rebuilt starter from a chain autoparts store will be over $100 (go online to one and look it up). A non dealer repair shop will be close to that or a little higher depending on markup. Will probably round it to a 2.25 - 2.5hr job. At $75 to $100/hr you can see it's closer to a $300 to $375 repair at a shop. Expect to pay more at a dealer.
If you can do it on your own, it will save you the labor cost but no matter what expect to pay $100 or more for the starter.
