It really depends on the state minimum wage of where u live in one of the 50 states plus for sales floor people make the minimum but i am guessing cashiers, but during the night shifts i guess u earn a little but if u work at the back room( where they store all the target goods), they get paid a little more then the sales floor employees. But keep in mind i people quit at the store where they work, because some of the areas are really hard but others are are not, if u want to get hired at target u have to be more open. example be open from 8 am to 11 pm and must be willing to work during the weekends and holidays. If u work on holidays u get paid a little if they pay one and a half times of what u get paid, example if u get paid 10 dollars an hour times and a half $15. Also if u want to get more hours be willing work at the back room, and sales floor, and do other work if u do that your raise could be more then 10 or 20 cents or over if u work hard and work on every department the best u can plus you will add value to yours when u work at a target store
Most retailers start at minimum wage in Canada it's $10.25 (may differ between states and Canada). If you are with the company for a few years, or if they see you're doing a good job you may see a raise every year or other benefits.
$8 for the first 3month (90days) of training, then up to $9. I am here in CA, so im not sure about other states..

Target employees are typically paid minimum wage to start. They may be given slight raises over time, but their salary is generally going to stay fairly close to the minimum for the duration of their employment.
They get paid in tacos
employees are paid by commission only when they are require to meet a certain target. Like in real estate, if an employee sells the property worth of $10K, he would get say 5% of the amount as commission. Precisely, only in target oriented jobs, commission only could be paid to the employees.

A sale associate gets paid : 6.50 an hour plus commission.
