What is herpes and what does it do?

I have type 1 and type 2 type one is oral and type 2 is genital they look like litte blisters with a reddish base it is a STD and it is incureable but there is valtrex and it supresses the outbreaks then there is abreva and that is for oral use only and it just makes the blister not itchy or burning... now from what i have heard from others they tell me that sometimes the guy can have herpes and not show any symptoms and still transmit it and unluckily enough us women get to show all the symptoms and transmit it as well so check it out if you kiss a person whom may have herpes ,drink after them smoke after them or if have unprotected sex and protecteted sex you still can get it . Also be careful because you can transfer it from one area to another i'll give an example...... so you find out that you have type 1 "oral herpes" and you and your partner have oral sex you can give them genital herpes. and last thing dont kiss any of your children i accidently gave my children it when i had an outbreak and transferred it to them so just talk to your dotor and they can check if you have it by drawing alittle bit of blood ....
