Most common word would be 憎しみ (kana : にくしみ) (ni ku shi mi) (the u in ku is silenced when read consecutively)
怒り (kana : いかり) (i ka ri) can be used too but mainly it means 'anger, rage'.
A usual way to say it would be: 'Anata wa jibun ga kirai desu.'
When talking to someone 'Anata wa' (You) would be assumed and therefore omitted.
