electronics refers to the science of electrons emissions. elctron+dynamics is electronics.........means this is a study of the behaviour(dynamic) of electrons in semi conductors....................... electronics means frequency is zero

You probably mean electronegativity.

Eletronegativity is the affinity for electrons. The ability to capture electrons from another atom. Chlorine is much more electronegative than sodium, so Cl captures an electron from Na. Electroposotivity is the opposite of electronegativity. Sodium is more electropositive than chlorine, so it readily releases an electron.

An electron is a negatively charged subatomic particle. It can be either free, or bound to the nucleus of an atom. Electrons in atoms exist in spherical shells of various radii, representing energy levels. The larger the spherical shell, the higher the energy contained in the electron.
