Cunifer was specially developed for use in applications that come into contact with brackish seawater.In general terms, Cunifer is extremely corrosion resistant and in particular offers a high level ofresistance to crevice and pitting corrosion. Another property of Cunifer is that organisms find it verydifficult to attach to its surface. This reduces the need for periodic cleaning to remove the build-up of biological growth compared to other materials. Copper-nickel alloys are also anti-magnetic.
