Clostridium Botulinum better known as Botulinum is a Gram-positive,Rod-Shaped,Anaerobic,Spore-Forming,Motile bacterium with the ability to produce the neurotoxin Botulinum
Both are gram +ve ,spore forming Bacteria .Chlostridium botulinum causes food poisoning whereas Chlostridium tetani causes tetanus. both are vulnerable

Clostridium tetani is an example of an obligate anaerobe. It can survive as a spore in the presence of oxygen, however, vegetative cell growth can only happen in the absence of oxygen. This is why puncture wounds are more likely to result in tetanus (disease caused by C. tetani) than a scrape.A common facultative anaerobe is Staphylococcus aureus, which is part of the normal bacterial flora of human skin.
Clostridium Tetani Mainly Affects Humans, But Also Animals
Examples of anaerobic bacteria would be Clostridium tetani, Clostridium botulinum. Both of these bacteria are pathogens or disease causing organisms: tetani causes tetanus or lockjaw, botulinum causes botulism or food poisoning.
