Flexcin, although not a drug, is a synergistic supplement with proteolytic enzymes as a key element. They act as natural anti inflammatories and aid in the assimilation of the supplement's nutrients. It also contains cetyl myristoleate which resets the body's memory-T helper cells. Then you have the substrate - the glucosamine sulfate chondroitin and sulfate which is what the body actually uses to manufacture cartilage and those, themselves, are anti inflammatory. They actually inhibit the lipoxygenase enzyme that's responsible for joint degeneration, but they do it in such a fashion that won't damage any organs. And then the Type II Collagen is the protein that holds the whole thing together.

The answer to this question depends a great deal on what type of Arthritis you have been diagnosed with. The word “arthritis” actually refers to more than 100 different diseases and conditions that can destroy joints, bones, muscles, cartilage, and other tissues. The most common type of arthritis is osteoarthritis (OA), which occurs when the cartilage cushion between joints begins to break down over time in. There are several options for over the counter medication as part of an OA treatment plan. Aceteminophen (Tylenol) can sometimes relieve pain, but will not reduce the associated inflammation. To reduce inflammation, nonsterodial anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are generally a good place to start. Over the counter options include ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen (Aleve), and aspirin. When taking any medication, always talk to your doctor and follow the recommended dosage. Be sure to know about and watch for any potential side effects. Autoimmune types of arthritis, like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile arthritis (JA), occur when a person’s immune system mistakenly attacks their own joints. If you are dealing with RA, JA, or another form of autoimmune arthritis, it is likely that over the counter medication will not be sufficient to control your symptoms and prevent long-term joint damage. With these conditions it is especially important to be under the care of a qualified rheumatologist. You can read more about medications used to treat autoimmune arthritis here. While over the counter medication can sometimes be helpful part of an arthritis treatment plan, it is also very important to be examined regularly by your doctor to help prevent or delay long-term joint damage and destruction.

I would suggest just picking up some Tylenol Arthritis, it always helps me.

home-made soup made with chicken or beef-shank bones and what-ever else you like, together with hyaluronic acid from egg shell linings (boil egg shells in the water for the soup for 20 minutes, then take the shells out) or from tablets at CVS (Not an MD so use at your own risk, but people I know like it)

There is a new 100% natural remedy Provailen. I used it for 3 months and my knee pain just dissapeared. Click the link for more info.

Sorry, here is the link: http://provailen-reviews.com/goto/ProvailenOfficial
