Avocado is a fruit with a pear shape. It has oily smooth and edible flesh which is good for pregnant women because of its folate and lots of vitamins. Many people agree that it also prevents nausea.
It is a tree native to Mexico, South America and Central America. The green fruit is also called a butter pear or alligator pear. When it is mashed, it is called guacamole.
We eat the fleshy part of the fruit, after removing the large pit and peeling off the skin. Sometimes, the flesh is mashed or pulped when mixed with other salsa or seasoning for a dip, but the flesh can be sliced (as in pear slices) and added to salads, eaten by hand, or grilled and added to ham Sandwiches as a flavoring or accent.
Caution: The avocado is bright green inside, and the flesh or pulp of the fruit can stain. This is especially true of the material just under the skin, which can be dark green and add coloring the the yellow-green tone of the rest of the fruit. You MUST refrigerate the flesh after exposing it to the air, or else it will continue to ripen and turn brown and unappetizing, like most fruits.
avocado is not popular in India. It is called avocado Only.

The Earth is similar to an avocado in terms of layers. They both have solid core (in the avocado this is the stone) and a relatively thin crust (the avocado skin). The flesh of the avocado can represent the molten mantel of the Earth. On a basic level, this is why the Earth may be compared to an avocado.
