In the heart, a ventricle is a heart chamber which collects blood from an atrium (another heart chamber that is smaller than a ventricle) and pumps it out of the heart.
Also another definition is....
The paired (right and left) more muscular chambers of the heart that pump blood into the pulmonary (right ventricle) and systemic (left ventricle) circulation.
Right Ventricle: Receives blood from the right atrium and pumps it to the pulmonary artery.
Left Ventricle: Receives blood from the left atrium and pumps it to the aorta.
The Right Atrium receives de-oxygenated blood from the upper and lower body through the superior vena cava and the inferior vena cava.
The right atrium opens into the right ventricle through a valve, which only allows the blood to flow from the atria into the ventricle, but not in the reverse direction.
The right ventricle pumps the blood to the lungs through the pulmonary artery to be reoxygenated.
The importance is equal as all the other heart parts.
See below: The right ventricle pumps blood into the pulmonary circulation (very important) and the left ventricle pumps blood into the systemic circulation through the aorta(also vital, very important)
From Wikipedia:
In a four-chambered heart, such as that in humans, there are two ventricles: the right ventricle pumps blood into the pulmonary circulation to/for the lungs, and the left ventricle pumps blood into the systemic circulation through the aorta (systemic circulation)
Ventricular means related to the ventricles.
Atria and ventricles are the chamber of the heart ,where atria are upperchamber, ventricles are lower chamber of the heart
Ventricular aneurysm is a complication of a heart attack (myocardial infarction). It is a ballooning of a section of a blood vessel
The intraventricular septum separates the right ventricle from the left ventricle.
right ventricle
right ventricle
It comes from the left ventricle out through the aorta.
It is the ventricle

The third ventricle

the right ventricle
A left ventricle is not an artery.
the different types of ventricles are the left ventricle and the right ventricle.
The left ventricle and the right ventricle. In a human, the heart is tilted in such a way that the right ventricle is closer to the chest, and the left ventricle is behind it.
