Just Blue Lies. Zach says this when Catalin tells him that she likes his eyes
One quote from the book "Zach's Lie" is: "Fear isn't a sign that you're doing something wrong. Fear is a sign that something is worth it."
"I was beginning to think that nothing grew here higher than our knees".
Neil Osborne
The main conflict in "Zach's Lie" revolves around Zach's family being placed in witness protection after witnessing a crime. Zach struggles to adapt to his new identity and life, all while dealing with the fear of being discovered by the criminals he testified against.

Something that came out of a book. If you need definition of the quote itself, please provide.
Hitler used it first in his book Mein Kempf sometimes called the big lie. Goebbels used it during the war in reference to British propaganda, And the Americans did the same thing to describe Hitlers psychological profile. So the Quote is really Hitlers. Edit: this is not technically correct. The quote is ABOUT Hitler, not by Hitler. Hitler attributed the "Big Lie" to the Jews, and an American Intelligence psychological profile about Hitler paraphrased it.
