I am unsure of the value however you will have better luck with your search if you use the real name and type of the JC Higgins model 20. You actually own a High Standard Model 200. I just recently refurbished one for a friend and it took me about a week to ID this particular firearm for parts purposes. Numrichs gun parts has all the parts you'd ever need too just in case. Depending on model and condition, about $125. Many were made by High Standard, decent shotguns.

It is a Stevens Model 250A, made by them for Sears, using the Sears J.C. Higgins trade name.

If it marked JC Higgins, that Is a Savage model 96 made for Sears. If it does not have a serial number, it was made before 1968,
I believe you have a JC Higgins model 101.1 This should be a single shot 12 ga. It was made by Savage as the Savage model 94. They were made between 1926 and 1945
The JC Higgins Model 45 was made by Marlin and is basically the same gun as the Model 336. Manuals are availabe from Marlin Firearms. The JC Higgins Model 66 was made by High Standard and is out of production. I have a manual scanned, and can email it to you. sales@countrygunsmith.net
