Candidate first contacts a university approved guide and proposes his research topic, then in agreement with the research guide he submits a formal synopsis and short description of the proposed research work. University registration and admission fees are paid and then the candidate does his research at his work place (wherever he is employed). During the course of the process the candidate and the guide are in communication through email/post/telephone and submits the assignments from time to time as had been discussed with the guide.
